By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

BarKeeper provides tools for organising cocktail recipes, ingredients, costing information, menu creation, and related bar workflow management. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may need to create an account to use some or all features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to BarKeeper, including recipes, ingredients, photos, menus, notes, and related materials ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, operational licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Service. This licence is limited to operating the Service and does not grant us any right to use your User Content for any unrelated commercial purpose.

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the rights necessary to use and share it.

Cost, pricing, profit, and margin calculations provided by BarKeeper are estimates based on information entered or selected by you. They do not constitute accounting, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Calculations may not include:

• VAT, local taxes, or applicable duties
• Labour and staff costs
• Waste, spillage, over-pouring, or complimentary items
• Overheads such as rent, utilities, or equipment depreciation
• Payment processing fees
• Other operating costs not entered by you

You are responsible for verifying quantities, prices, taxes, margins, and all business decisions made using the Service. BarKeeper does not guarantee actual profit, inventory accuracy, or specific financial outcomes.

Some features may be offered through paid plans in the future. Paid subscriptions are not currently available for purchase through the Service. If paid functionality is introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown clearly before purchase and this section will be updated.

The Service and its non-user content — including its design, branding, software, text, and graphics — are owned by Konstantinos Karakostantopoulos, operating under the MixoPedia brand, and/or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code or harmful material
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

BarKeeper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, secure, accurate, or free from defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk, harm, or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.

You can delete your account at any time from within the BarKeeper app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or via the web request form at https://wikimixopedia.com/delete-account. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete your account.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may notify users through the Service or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.
