Delete Your BarKeeper Account and Data
This page lets you request permanent deletion of your BarKeeper account and associated data. BarKeeper is operated by MixoPedia, a brand operated by Konstantinos Karakostantopoulos, established in Greece.
1Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the BarKeeper app. Open the app and follow:
You will be asked to confirm your email, after which your account, user-created content, and uploaded files are deleted and you are signed out.
2Request deletion via this form
If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request here. We will verify your identity against the account email before processing.
Identity verification
We verify deletion requests by matching the submitted email address to the email registered on the BarKeeper account. If we cannot verify ownership from the email alone, we may request additional confirmation (such as replying from the account email or confirming recent activity) before processing. This protects accounts from unauthorised deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile and authentication identifiers
- Ingredients and product data you created
- Cocktail recipes you created
- Costing and pricing information you entered
- Uploaded photos and files
- Menus, lists, and notes
- Waitlist signups tied to your email
What data may be retained
Limited records may be retained temporarily where required or permitted by applicable law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax, or accounting obligations. Such records are kept only for as long as legally necessary and then deleted or anonymised.
Expected processing period
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification. In-app deletion takes effect immediately for user-created content; the account record is scheduled for deletion and access is revoked at sign-out.
